Privacy Agreement

We welcome your visit to our website and appreciate your interest in our company. In order to give you a good feeling regarding the handling of your personal data, we have made transparent for you, what happens with your incoming data and which security measures are conducted by us. In addition, you will be informed about your legally defined rights concerning processing of this data.

Personal Data
When visiting our website, we generally do not need personal data from you. We merely take note of information regarding the name of your Internet service provider and about the webpages, which you view on our page, However, you remain anonymous as an Internet user, since we only analyse this information for statistical purposes (i.e. number of visits for the individual web pages). Personal data is only compiled when you give us your information - when ordering for example. At the moment, data is still transferred uncoded, so that the possibility cannot be excluded that unauthorised third parties can also read this data on their transmission path. It is possible, however, to use alternative communication paths (i.e. letter post or fax), which offer more security as uncoded E-Mail.

Consent
We only compile or use data for consultation, advertising or market research purposes when you have given us your consent beforehand. You can, of course, revoke your consent, once given, at any time.

Usage and Transfer of Personal Data / Appropriation
We will only collect, process and use any personal data, which we learn from you during the use of our webpages, for the stated purpose. In doing so, we respect that this is only possible within the framework of the valid laws, respectively only with your consent.

Upon request, we could also let you know in writing, if and which personal data is saved about you. Our Webpage includes clearly recognisable links to Internet pages of other companies. As far as links to webpages from other providers exist, we have no influence on their content. This is why we cannot assume any liability nor make any guarantees for this content. The respective provider or operator of these pages is always responsible for their content. The linked pages were proofed for possible legal violations and recognizable infringements at the time of the linking. Evidence of illegal contents could not be found at the time of the linking. However, constant control regarding the contents of the linked pages is not reasonable without a concrete indication of a violation. If we are made aware of violation, the respective link(s) will be removed immediately.

Server Data
For technical reasons, data such as the following, which your internet browser transmits to us or to our web space provider (so called server log files), is collected:

  • your Internet Protocol (IP) address.

In this way, we can improve the website content to suit user needs. Additionally, thanks to the cookies, we have the possibility to measure the efficacy of specific advertisements and their placement in relation to the resulting user interest in the topic, for example. The majority of the Cookies we use are so-called “Session-Cookies”, which are automatically deleted after your visit. The majority of web browsers accept Cookies automatically. Contacting Us
On our website we offer you the opportunity to contact us, either by email and/or by using a contact form. In such event, information provided by the user is stored for the purpose of facilitating communications with the user. No data is transferred to third parties. Nor is any of this information matched to any information that may be collected by other components of our website.

Data protection declaration regarding the use of Google Analytics
This website makes use of functions provided by the Google Analytics web analysis service. This is provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
